Knight Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners was founded in 1984 by myself, James Takacs. I had graduated college and was working in the retail industry where I was serving people on a daily basis.
Having been employed in the Carpet Cleaning business before college, there was always a longing to get back into it, this time as a business owner. Education and Consistency became a priority. I immersed myself in training – seminars – convention and networking. I became an IICRC Master cleaner and joined the trade organization SCRT. As a result of all the training and experience I was asked and able to solve problems for the carpet mills,retailers, designers and homeowners.
Through out the years the Consistency, Service, and Clean carpet + textiles have kept our clients satisfied and using us year after year.
